More Qualifications to the list!

I have just achieved a High Merit in my Yoga Teacher Training course with the British School of Yoga. Hoping to add more Yoga qualification and specific training in the New Year, ready to open a class or two in the Spring time.

I have a full day Retreat on March 7th 2026 at Barrington Villages Hall 9.45am - 5pm. Our day will include the following workshops;

Pilates Fusion - Hatha Yoga Flow - Tai Chi for Fitness and balance - Chair Pilates - Classical Matwork - Gua Sha Facial workshop

Seated and clothed hands on partner Massage - Yin Yoga - Mini Soundbath - Breathwork and Meditation

Everyone is welcome. Please bring with you a Comfortable Mat, blanket and Pillow to maximise your relaxation experience. The day is to be prebooked in advance please email me to reserve your space - the cost is £90. All refreshment and vegetarian lunch in included

I recently achieved distinction in my aromatherapy diploma. I can now blend oils tailored specifically for your face or body. This service can be applied to any other with an additional cost of £7 per treatment to cover the extra time and the cost of the essential oils.
